  3. Communicate with the tenants to make sure that they know what their duties are, and those tenants are confident to report any repair issues or any change in their circumstances.

  4. Carry out property checks on a six-monthly basis or at tenancy renewal.

  5. Provide proactive resolution to any tenancy issues. When we become aware of an issue we will respond quickly and analytically to resolve it and to ensure that each tenancy proceeds as smoothly as possible.

  6. All our core competencies and services are offered in-house which enables us to set standards that ensure quality and offer cost-effective rates.

  7. Our maintenance and full-service packages are designed to give you and your tenant peace of mind. Your tenant will have access to a responsive service whenever a repair issue arises which the landlord is responsible for. We offer a range of products which include monthly subscription or re-activation on a pro forma basis.

In 2018 we will be introducing our solution for MEES (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards), we will advise you on the best improvements for your low F and G rated property so it can become an E rated property or better. We will fit the required improvements for you or help you through the exemption process.
